A panel of Judiciary members and stakeholders rolled out the announcement of a proposed three year plan aiming to, ” improve the delivery of justice and better serve the public.”
The Three year plan would encompass the lasting tenures of two of the justices on Illinois’ highest legal office, Justice Anne Burke and Justice Lloyd Karmeier.
